Our games and related builds may be in active development. You should expect unfinished features, bugs, balance changes, instability, incomplete content, and inconsistent functionality.

Features may change or be removed, updates may reset progress or saved data, and access to beta or early access services is not guaranteed.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access our websites and to download, install, and use our games and builds for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may download builds we make available, install and use them on your own devices, and send us feedback, bug reports, and suggestions.

You may not sell, sublicense, commercially exploit, or redistribute builds unless we explicitly allow it. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with the software, bypass security or access controls, or misuse our websites or services.

Unless otherwise stated, website content, game materials, branding, text, artwork, screenshots, media, and related assets are owned by or licensed to Outbreak LTD.

These terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you. Except where allowed by law or expressly permitted by us, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or exploit our content commercially.

Our websites and services may link to third-party platforms such as Steam, Discord, and other external services. Those platforms operate independently and have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party websites or services.

Our websites, games, builds, and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with your device, or that any particular feature, roadmap item, or service will continue unchanged.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outbreak LTD is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of our websites, games, beta builds, or services.

This includes loss of progress, saves, or data, device instability, crashes, performance issues, and any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

We may update our games, change features, alter requirements, suspend services, or discontinue builds or access at any time.

Where services depend on online infrastructure, server availability may change without notice.

If you provide feedback, bug reports, ideas, or suggestions, you grant us permission to use them to improve our games and services without obligation or compensation.

If you use community, account, admin, or interactive features we provide now or later, you must not harass others, abuse services, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with normal operation.
