That does not mean hiring for headcount alone. The intention is to build deliberately, with people who care about how complex mechanics are shaped, communicated, and supported through release.

If the studio expands, the goal is for each role to strengthen the work itself, not just the surface around it.

Future disciplines are likely to include systems design, technical and UX-minded UI work, art direction support, production and delivery management, and practical help around turning ambitious game ideas into shipped products.
